I acknowledge that I am not an employee of ChemStation International Inc., and I waive any claim, including but not limited to claims against ChemStation International Inc., that alleges ChemStation International Inc. is my employer or joint employer. 

The ChemU training materials are made available to me and my employer on an “as is” and “as available” basis. All express or implied representations and warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of these training materials are disclaimed. The user acknowledges that any use of these materials is at the user’s own risk.  The user should follow all guidelines and instructions provided by the user’s employer.
